Processing time
Please allow up to 2 days for me to create & process your order.
Postage
Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 24 for items delivered within the UK. Please choose your preferred option at checkout.
International orders will be posted via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for any deliveries outside of the UK.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be held responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
or
Earrings or any body jewellery (for health/hygiene reasons).
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
